Purpose: The purpose of CampIT is to facilitate MTSU instructors in their use and integration of instructional technology into their courses. We will use both virtual and physical activities to learn various technology tools and share how they can be effectively used in the learning process. No prerequsite technology skills are needed.
CampIT is offered in three ways.
- The course is open continuously 24/7 (but not monitored) throughout the year so that faculty can work through the materials by themselves in a self-directed manner. Faculty should use the general username and password listed below to log into the course.
username - campit

- Once each semester the Faculty Instructional Technology Center staff will monitor CampIT for a period of one or two weeks. Participants will be added to the student list of the course and will use their own Pipeline username and password to login. Participants will interact with the instructor and each other developing a virtual learning community.
- Once each year the Faculty Instructional Technology Center staff will hold a two-week CampIT workshop. The first week of the workshop will be held online (virtually) and the second week will be held at the Telecommunication Training Center. Participants will be added to the student list of the course and will use their own Pipeline username and password to login. Participants will interact with the instructor and each other developing a virtual learning community.
