WebCT Support for Faculty

Using WebCT > Use Wiley as an Icon

To Add a Link to MTSU’s WebCT Support Site and Change the Default Icon to Wiley WebCT

  1. Right click on this Wiley WebCT icon and save it to your computer. Make sure that you remember the location you saved Wiley!!
  2. Open your WebCT course.
  3. Go to Designer Options
  4. Click on the Add Page or Tool button at the top of the right column.
  5. Click the URL link at the bottom of the first column.
  6. Fill in the Link Title and address sections. The URL for MTSU’s WebCT support page is http://www.mtsu.edu/webctsupport.
  7. Choose to put the link on the Course Menu and also choose an organizer page to display the link. The Homepage would be a good choice.
  8. Select the “Use custom icon” radio button and click the Browse button to locate the Wiley WebCT icon you save to your desktop.
