Technical Requirements
In order to begin using WebCT you will need:
- A Web browser

- Keyboarding and computer skills
• Experience using a word processor should be sufficient
- Web browsing skills
• If your students are not familiar with Web browsing, emphasize that this is an important prerequisite. This can be especially important with adult learners. If possible, consider having a special class in a computer lab to familiarize your students with your WebCT course and the Web in general.
- Students must be registered in the course and section through normal registration procedures before they can be entered into a WebCT course.
- WebCT course access requires the following two pieces of information:
• A myWebCT ID)
• A Password –
