I can't access the chat.

Their are four suggested solutions for this problem. Test the chat room feature after each suggesion to see if the chat room is functioning.

Solutions:

  1. Turn off popup blockers
  2. Install Java
  3. Check all the required browser settings
  4. Check Firewall settings
  5. Contact the help desk
