Troubleshooting > AOL users

Some AOL users have been receiving Access Expired messages on trying to log in or access online discussion.

Use another browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. Connect to the internet using AOL, then minimize the AOL screen (do not close it or your connection will close), and then start Internet Explorer or Netscape and use that browser to access WebCT.
