When you click on a Discussion message link, WebCT will open that message in a new pop-up window. If you have installed security or privacy software onto your computer (e.g. Norton Internet Security), it may be interpreting WebCT's request to open a new window as a threat. Disable the software fully, and try again.

Solutions:

1. Turn off popup blockers
2. Install Java
3. Check all the required browser settings
4. Contact the help desk
