Problem:
You take the quiz but cannot finish it. Nothing happens when you you click "Finish", or you see an error message.

Solution:

When the quiz pop-up window opens, you must leave the other WebCT windows open, too.

If you closed the main WebCT window after starting the quiz, you will have to close your quiz without finishing it (make sure your answers are saved first), log back into WebCT and start the quiz again. Do not close the main window and you will be able to click the "Finish" button.

If you cannot get back into the quiz (your instructor may limit you to one time), tell your instructor about the problem immediately. Your instructor can still get to your answers if you saved them and grade the quiz.
