WebCT does not change quiz answers, but there are a few things that can make it seem like it did. Here are some of the most common ones.

If you change any of your answers, you must save EACH of those answers AGAIN before proceeding or your new choice will not be saved and WebCT will grade the old answer. The green star doesn't change back to a red ball when you change an answer, so you must remember to save the answer again.

Using a wheelie mouse to scroll in a quiz can cause you to accidentally change an answer if the last thing you clicked before scrolling was one of the answer choices. For best results, don't use the wheel on your mouse to navigate in a quiz.

If, after the quiz is over, the professor changes the answer marked as correct or the number of points awarded for a question, your quiz will be regraded based on the new correct answer or points. This can cause your grade to go up or down, but it doesn't change the answer you selected.
