Troubleshooting > What if my Browser or Computer Crashes while I am taking a test?

Some professors have a policy on this issue please contact your professor immediately.

If you experience a Web browser or computer crash during a quiz, all previously saved answers should still be there when you begin the quiz again. Note: Time remaining for a quiz counts down in "real-time" and decreases even when your computer or browser are unavailable.
