First of all, make sure to wait for the quiz to be fully loaded before proceeding. Look for the spinning IE world or Netscape N to stop flashing (upper right corner of the window) and then proceed with the quiz.

This is a rare problem, but in some versions of Netscape, if you resize a quiz window you won't be able to save answers unless you first refresh the quiz frame.

To avoid this, don't resize the window when taking a quiz. If you must resize, to correct this you'll need to right-click in the left quiz frame and choose Reload Frame from the menu. You should then be able to save answers normally.

NOTE: Always wait for the icons in the upper right corner of the test window to change after saving an answer before you move on to the next question. Also, if you change any of your answers, you must save EACH of those answers AGAIN before proceeding or your new choice will not be saved.
